Double Olympic gold medalist, Mo Farah, has no doubt
become one of the most talked-about athletes of the London 2012 Olympic Games.
His charm, heart-warming celebrations and sheer ruthlessness on the track have made
him a figure of admiration both for the British public and for the rest of the
world. Yet is Mo Farah more than just an athlete? Is he, in fact, a lucky

When Mrs. McRae ran the Bupa 10k race in May, she
found herself being lapped by the then Olympic gold medal hopeful, Mo Farah. Mrs.
McRae explains: “He lapped me and I moved to the side until he had passed.” She
goes on to state that: “I have felt so lucky ever since.”
This lucky encounter with one of Britain’s greatest
athletes seems to have paid off, as Mrs. McRae explained: “Mo went on to win
double Olympic gold and I went on to win over £2m – thanks Mo.”

on as much-the-same as usual. However, as Mrs. McRae was still feeling lucky from
her encounter with Mo Farah, she felt it necessary to spend her spare pound on
